(hereinafter, "the entity"), with registered address at CALLE CONRADORS Nº 10 A, 07141 MARRATXI, BALEARES, SPAIN and email artex@artextrading.com, are the data controllers for the personal data collected through this website, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data we collect

Through the contact form on this website we collect the following personal data: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message you send us.

We also collect browsing data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies. For more information, please see our cookie policy.

2. Purpose of the processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Managing and responding to enquiries, quote requests or information requests you send us through the contact form or by email.
Maintaining the commercial and contractual relationship that, where applicable, is established.
Complying with any legal obligations applicable to us.

We do not build commercial profiles or make automated decisions with your data.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give us by submitting the contact form, as well as the execution of pre-contractual measures (preparing quotes) and, where appropriate, compliance with legal obligations.

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the period necessary to comply with the legal obligations arising from it. Once that relationship has ended, the data will be blocked for the period legally required for the prescription of any liabilities.

The entity adopts the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed.

8. Changes to this policy

The entity reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments. In that case, the change will be announced on the website with reasonable notice, indicating the date of the last update.
