We are in the Polígono Industrial de Marratxí (Mallorca). You can visit our warehouse by appointment. This way you can see and touch the products before deciding.
We work with screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, pad printing, sublimation, digital transfer and cut vinyl, among others. Each technique is best suited to a particular product type and quantity, and we advise you on choosing the best quality/price option.
Yes, for relevant orders we offer a physical or digital sample (mockup) prior to the start of production. The physical sample has a cost that is deducted from the final order if confirmed.
Yes, our in-house design team can create or adapt illustrations, logos and specific compositions for your brand. We will send you proposals in 2-3 working days.
The average lead time is 2-3 weeks for personalised products, depending on the product, quantity and technique. We will confirm the exact lead time in the quote. For non-personalised products, shipping can be in 24-48h.
Yes, we ship to all peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and most EU countries. For destinations outside the EU, please contact us.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight and volume. For orders over €300, shipping to peninsular Spain is usually free (except for bulky products).
Bank transfer, credit/debit card and, for customers with an active account, payment at 15/30 days.
Yes, we issue invoices with VAT broken down. You will receive it by email as soon as the order is shipped.
